Four years experience in logistics coordination.
Experience with Power BI.
Two years managing warranty client and customer complete investigation.
Experience coordinating parts and technical maintenance.
Strong customer service ability and complaint resolution skills.
A results-driven logistics analyst with strong technical skills and a proven track record of optimising processes and improving customer retention. With a background in data analysis, expertise in tools like SQL and Power BI drives business improvements. Experienced in managing key initiatives that enhance both operational efficiency and customer experience.
