Role: Logistics/Export Manager 

Salary: 110-120k + super

• Extensive experience in Logistics operations & Supply chain management – End-to-end operations,

• 3PL, Domestic/International Transport & Freight, Inventory/WH, Customs Clearance, Import/Export

• Deep understanding of supply chain systems gained from diverse industry experience (from global corporations to SMBs) 

• Experience working with FMCG, Logistics and Textiles 

Candidate has extensive experience in Freight and Logistics Management with particular expertise in Project Management, KPI tracking, and data analysis, with a focus on export, warehousing, inventory management, and transport/order management. He led local activities for the 3PL/warehouse transition process, ensuring effective warehouse space utilization and planning based on forecasts for inbound and outbound orders, as well as return volumes.

He ensured that partners adhered to SLAs and met KPIs, negotiating the scope of work for ad-hoc duties. His role also involved providing analytical data support, reviewing staff performance, and tracking KPIs for daily logistics operations. He played a key role in planning and remapping transport routes based on SKU availability, location, and cost-saving considerations. Additionally, he trained and guided 3PL team members in system operations and overall logistics processes.
