Key Highlights
Logistics Coordination: Providing logistical support to manage the movement of cargo from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient service delivery.
Inventory Management: Performing inventory closing and reconciliation with 3PL, conducting annual stock-takes, and managing monthly stock reconciliation.
S&OP Processes: Facilitating Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Vendor and Stakeholder Liaison: Liaising with national 3PL providers, external and internal parties, and attending regular logistics meetings to provide updates to management.
System Improvement: Applying expertise to develop and improve systems, overcome issues, and assist with smooth supply chain management.
Order Management: Placing orders, creating inbound shipments, packing lists, and post goods receipt, confirming orders, updating pricing, and ETAs.
Project Management: Undertaking local and interstate travel to meet with service providers, supporting cost savings and continuous improvement projects, and managing non-conformance reporting and damage stock control.
