About the Role
This a newly created role as the Head of Logistics. You will spearhead the transformation of our 3PL setup, aligning it with strategic business objectives and operational excellence. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will design, implement, and optimise logistics frameworks, ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the transformation roadmap for our 3PL operations to enhance scalability, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Operational Excellence: Optimise processes across warehousing, transportation, and distribution to deliver cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with KPIs.
• Team Development and restructure: Lead and develop  cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and drive a culture of continuous improvement in logistics and supply chain operations.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in senior logistics roles with a focus on 3PL operations and transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage internal stakeholders and external partners effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to run change management and transformation programs specifically focused on Third Party Logistics
