They have been a great client of ours for the past 5 years.They are looking for an experienced maintenance fitter to join their manufacturing plant in Mildura. 
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
• Install, adjust, and calibrate new equipment and machinery.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Maintain records of all repairs and servicing for reporting purposes.
• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance equipment performance.

  
Skills and Experience our client is looking for:

• Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter or similar.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
